Five characters in a dotted notebook

A notebook drawing from 2015.
Five figures are squeezed into one frame: a shaved head, a heavy fringe, a face receding between the others, a baseball cap and eye patch, and a pair of round glasses.
What I want to keep is not a finished cast or a polished illustration. It is the compression. Five faces and five silhouettes are enough to suggest that each person belongs to a larger story, even though the page never explains what that story is.
